Dr. David Merritt and Eye Centers of Tennessee are pleased to announce the full completion of our new office in Sparta! Located at 305 North Spring Street, our new office expands the capabilities of Dr. Merritt and his staff. This office will continue Eye Centers of Tennessee’s mission of bringing quality eye care to the people of the Upper Cumberland.

“I could not be happier to be completely moved to our new facility. Sparta has been my home for over 26 years and it’s a privilege to continue to serve.”

David Merritt, O.D. explains, “Patients can expect an increased level of efficiency and care with our new environment and location.” 

As many of you already know, Dr. David Merritt is a native of Tennessee and has previously served the Sparta community for over 26 years.

“Sparta has always had so much to offer to the Upper Cumberlands,” says Holly Pendel, O.D. who also sees patients here in Sparta. “It’s so exciting for us to now be able to offer an even greater level of eye care to its residents.”

Located minutes from downtown and next to White County High School, we are able to provide a more efficient level of care by locating closer to the majority of our patients.
